High performance is often the result of working with a trusted set of partners who, in their diversity, cover a wide range of perspectives and expertise. This is not only true for my clients, but it also fuels my own work on effective leadership.
I therefore collaborate with a carefully curated group of trusted partners from a range of fields: coaches, former CEOs, musicians, academics, executive search consultants. They help me continually expand my horizons, stay at the cutting edge of leadership development, and enable me to offer you well-rounded support along your own trajectory. Dr Philipp Peitsch is a thought partner to Founders and their leadership teams. Applying his own experience as CEO and well-honed understanding of organisational dynamics, Philipp helps Founders anticipate and prepare for what’s next along the growth trajectory of their business. Philipp and I partner whenever startups need to work on internal team- and talent-related questions.
tomkos.partners, led by Dr Thomas Tomkos, is a top tier board advisory and executive search firm. With more than 20 years of leadership advisory experience at senior-most management and supervisory level, Thomas and his team provide advice to executive and non-executive boards, shareholders and owners on succession planning, board evaluation and individual executive assessment. Together, Thomas and I developed tomkos.partners’s proprietary MetaCompetency Leadership Evaluation Modell©, designed to provide in-depth insights into the leadership competencies of executives who operate in the most complex, dynamic business environments.
Wibke Dauletiar is an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor. She supports executives through role transitions and helps newly formed leadership teams become high-performing units. Having led businesses and large teams at executive level herself, she knows what leaders face from the inside. Her background in executive search adds a clear sense of what a role truly demands and how quickly new leaders need to gain traction. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach with additional training in supporting leaders through conflict, she works to an internationally recognized professional standard.
At meaningful, Markus Tomas heads up a network of coaches and leadership advisors and specialises in Executive Coaching and Top Team Development. Working in the spirit of “a professional friend”, meaningful supports senior executives through periods of stretch and transformation. Markus and I collaborate on select top team development projects.
Susanne Westenfelder brings music to life in many forms – as a director, scholar, podcast host, and lecturer in music theory. Trained at Berlin's Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, with training in acting and speech, she spent a decade directing opera and theater and building a portfolio of clients that include Berlin's Deutsche Oper, State Opera, and Berlin Philharmonic. Her work has taught her a trained ear for nuance and dexterity when it comes to helping elite performers find truthful expression under pressure. Susanne and I partner on team development work that calls for a surprising and interdisciplinary toolkit which marries music and psychology.
