Dr Angelika Love
I am a social integration and diversity researcher and leadership consultant. Whether through team development workshops, in academia, through collaborations with NGOs, local government, the Armed Forces, or as a volunteer: I am passionate about bringing together people who want to learn from one another, are ready to grapple with diversity, and believe that a team can be greater than the sum of its parts.
In 2020, I completed my PhD in social psychology at the University of Oxford. In my research, I use survey and social network data to understand friendships across group divides. Since 2021, I have been putting my understanding of relationship networks and the individual actors within them to use as a leadership advisor, supporting leaders and teams in their individual and collective development.
Data matters. However, I believe that the personal stories of people standing at the fault lines dividing our societies can add tremendous depth to our data-driven understanding of the world.

That’s why I also record a podcast featuring one-on-one conversations with social integration practitioners — people in business, research, politics and beyond who are building bridges.
I champion the marriage of Data and Doing. Integration, I believe, is a behaviour, not simply a thought.
